These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile applications (English, Arabic, and Persian versions) available on iOS and Android platforms. NahjulBalaghah Apps are published and maintained by Act1. By downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NahjulBalaghah apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our apps.

The content of NahjulBalaghah is part of the Islamic scholarly heritage and is in the public domain. The specific translations and compilations included in our apps are the work of their respective translators and scholars:

• English Translation: Sayed Ali Reza
• Persian Translation: Sayed Jafar Shahidi

App Design and Code
